This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered by Menobloom. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


 UK Shipping

Menobloom currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or other factors outside our control.


International Shipping

At this time, Menobloom does not offer international shipping. If this changes in future, we will update this policy.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation which may include tracking information depending on the delivery method selected.


Delivery Issues

Menobloom is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery is confirmed

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any re‑delivery costs.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and items (if applicable)

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Pre‑Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre‑order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
